Capstone Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Savannah, Georgia.
Shift: 12 hours

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac PCU Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph's Hospital. This position is for a travel nurse who will provide specialized care for post-cardiac procedure patients in a 10-bed unit with 1:4 to 1:5 nurse-patient ratios. The RN will be responsible for titrating Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone drips, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and collaborating with the Monitor Techs and Charge RN to deliver high-quality patient care.
Provide care for patients recovering from cardiac procedures such as diagnostic cardiac cath, PTCA, pacemaker placement, CABG (post-day 3), Afib, and CHF.
Adhere to the unit's self-scheduling system, with weekend and holiday rotation.
Float to Neurosurgical PCU on rare occasions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital of similar size and acuity.
Successful completion of at least one prior travel contract.
Must adhere to the 100-mile radius rule (travelers must live 101+ miles from the facility).
